Terms of service
Last updated: September 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
The provider is Codemerk GmbH i. G., Wachtstraße 17–24, 28195 Bremen, Germany (see legal notice).
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of ecomando by businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). There is no offer to consumers.
2. Service
ecomando provides a web-based analytics tool for online shops. The scope and limits of the plans follow from the pricing page. We aim for 99% availability on a monthly average; maintenance windows are announced where possible. Data from third-party services (Google, shop systems, ad platforms) is taken over as delivered by those services; we do not warrant its accuracy.
3. Trial and plans
New accounts receive the Pro plan without AI features free of charge for 30 days. Afterwards the account continues on the Free plan unless a subscription is taken out. Starter costs €19 per month or €190 per year, Pro €49 or €490, Business €129 or €1290, plus VAT, payable in advance via Stripe. Business covers up to five shops of the same customer.
4. Term and cancellation
The monthly subscription renews by one month, the yearly subscription by one year, unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Cancellation is possible at any time in the customer portal and takes effect at the end of the period. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
5. AI credits and write access
Pro includes 100 and Business 500 AI credits per month; unused credits expire at the end of the month. Changes to shop content are written only after the user’s explicit approval. The user reviews AI suggestions before approval and is responsible for content they publish.
6. Obligations of the user
The user ensures that they are authorised to connect the data sources, keeps their credentials secret and does not misuse the service (in particular no automated mass queries and no access to third-party accounts).
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage and at most to the fees paid in the last twelve months. We accept no liability for decisions the user makes on the basis of the reports.
8. Data protection
The privacy policy applies. Where we process personal data on behalf of the user, the parties conclude a data processing agreement.
9. Final provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany, where the user is a merchant. Changes to these terms are communicated to the user by email at least four weeks before they take effect.
